With ABB Welcome IP systems, the indoor station can be used with mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets. You can see and identify every visitor, allow them to enter and welcome them. You can also monitor multiple cameras to ensure control over the whole building. The guard unit communication can also be activated during a call, and there is support for 2 locks during a call. The SOS call notification function is simple to configure via the myABB-LivingSpace and ABB-Welcome app, or simply via QR code.

The ABB-Welcome modules can be retrofitted into letter boxes, compatible with letter boxes and bell systems of different manufacturers. It enables audio/video communication, doorbell panels and lateral door components. The basic audio module/microphone/loudspeaker, button extension for up to 99 buttons, light switch or calling guard is programmable.

ABB-Welcome allows nine outdoor stations for a single apartment/house, enabling visitors to enter from different entrances. Within one network system, 250 indoor stations can be linked per building. Nine guard units can be installed in a compound building or residential complex to provide multiple gate stations. The distance from the gate station to the last indoor station connecting different buildings is 600 meters.
For ABB-Welcome IP features, there are no limits to connectivity, devices or channels. PoE connection ensures long-distance connectivity between buildings, while an unlimited number of devices can be seamlessly connected in one building. Multiple homeowners can be reached from different entrances at the same time, making it suitable for different building types, from single-family homes to high-rise buildings, compound houses and residential complexes.
